This was FANTASTIC! Thank you so very much💕
I have a couple of questions:
👉🏼 How do we support students with learning proper pronunciation when they are English language learners? This upcoming year, the majority of my students will not be originally from Canada (that’s where I am). Their families will either not speak English, or English will be their second language. With that, my students will live in homes where English speakers will likely have an accent. I want to be respectful while still teaching students the proper sounds that match with letters. Any advice?
👉🏼 How can I use the daily warm-ups in a class with varying needs? I will be teaching grade one and two next year, and I know my range will be from pre-K all the way to beginning too, and probably higher than that to start. Can I still do these daily warm-ups whole class?
Thanks again so very much!
I’m sure that I will have more questions as I continue to watch videos.
* that should say “grade two” (not “too”)
